Refund Policy

Cancellation is not the same as a refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals as defined by the store where the purchase was made. It does not automatically return an amount already charged.

A refund is a separate request for an amount that has already been billed, and it depends on the rules described below.

Purchases through the Apple App Store

If your subscription is billed by Apple, refund eligibility and processing follow Apple's processes, policies, and the law that applies to you.

Refund requests are submitted to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides the outcome of those requests.

Purchases through Google Play

If your subscription is billed by Google Play, refund eligibility and processing follow Google Play's processes, policies, and the law that applies to you.

Requests are submitted through your Google Play account. Depending on the situation and applicable rules, Google Play may handle the request directly or ask us to review it.

How to cancel

Cancel through the store account used for the purchase: subscription settings on your Apple ID or your Google Play account.

After cancelling, access usually continues until the end of the period already paid, according to the rules of that store.

Your consumer rights

Nothing on this page removes or limits the refund and withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

If local law gives you a stronger right than a store policy, that right still applies.

Future direct purchases

If purchases are ever offered directly, instead of through the app stores, the applicable refund terms will be presented to you before the purchase is completed.
