Refund Policy

If a PrimoPig purchase or subscription is billed through the Apple App Store, refund eligibility and requests are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law. Apple provides refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com.

If a PrimoPig purchase or subscription is billed through Google Play, refund options depend on Google Play policies, timing, location, and applicable law. Google Play may process a request, and PrimoPig may also be able or required to assist with refunds under applicable rules. For help, contact primo@primopig.com. If direct purchases are offered in the future, any applicable refund terms will be disclosed at purchase.
