Acceptance of these terms

By using the PrimoPig website or app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The updated date above shows when the current version was published, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Eligibility

PrimoPig accounts are for adults who can enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to them.

You are responsible for making sure your use of PrimoPig is allowed where you live.

Adult account ownership

The responsible adult is always the sole account holder. Children do not create, own, or manage PrimoPig accounts.

The account holder is responsible for everything done through the account, including boards created for family members.

Child access by QR Code

Under the planned behavior of Primo Family, the adult account holder will be able to generate a QR Code that gives a child access to the authorized board only. This access does not create an administrative account.

That access does not allow viewing the subscription, billing, settings, family information, or account controls. The account holder is responsible for generating, protecting, sharing, and revoking the QR Code, and access can be revoked at any time.

Account responsibilities

Keep your login credentials confidential and use accurate information when you create your account.

Tell us at support@primopig.com if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

How Pigs work

A Pig is a savings challenge. You choose a goal and an amount, and PrimoPig turns it into a board of small steps you mark as complete at your own pace.

Marking a step as complete is a record you create. PrimoPig does not confirm whether the money was actually set aside and does not guarantee that any goal will be reached.

Information you record

Goals, amounts, notes, and progress are information you enter yourself. You are responsible for its accuracy.

PrimoPig only organizes and displays what you record. It does not verify, audit, or validate any of it.

PrimoPig does not handle money

PrimoPig never receives, holds, transfers, or moves money. There is no wallet, balance, deposit, or payment of savings inside the service.

Your money always stays with you, wherever you choose to keep it. Nothing in PrimoPig is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. When a subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, and payment methods are handled by that platform under its own terms.

Subscriptions renew according to the plan and the rules of the store where the purchase was made, until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time through the store account used for the purchase.

Cancelling stops future renewals as defined by that store. Cancelling does not automatically create a refund. See the Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual property

PrimoPig names, branding, interface, and original content belong to EVOORD LLC and may not be copied, resold, or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

The content you record in your own account remains yours.

Prohibited use

Do not use PrimoPig for unlawful activity, to infringe rights, to attempt unauthorized access, to interfere with the service, or to copy or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.

Do not use PrimoPig to present it as a bank, payment service, or investment product, or to mislead others about what it does.

Availability

The service is provided as it is and as available. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

We may need to interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access to an account that violates these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or harms other people using the service.

You can stop using PrimoPig at any time and request deletion of your account by writing to support@primopig.com.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EVOORD LLC is not liable for financial decisions you make, for goals not reached, or for indirect or incidental losses related to the use of the service.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you.
